MEET PAM KOWALSKI, CCE
An eye for color,
balance and detail.
Growing up with a grandmother who was an interior designer, I was introduced to color, fabrics, furniture and the art of putting a room together early on. As I got older, I became increasingly drawn to color, accessorizing and creating spaces people loved.
Professionally, I spent more than 20 years in marketing and project management, where organization, timelines and attention to detail were part of my everyday life. But design was always where my real passion and natural talent came together.
For years, friends and family asked me for help with paint colors, furniture placement, rugs, lighting and accessories. I’ve always had a gift for pulling a room together.
Color has such an impact on the way a room feels and, let’s face it, choosing the right color can be complicated. Just because a color looked great on Pinterest doesn’t mean it will work in your space. That’s what led me to become a Certified Color Expert. My training gave me a deeper understanding of undertones, lighting and how colors work together. Truth be told, I painted the interior of my own home three times because the undertone just wasn’t right!
The real turning point came when I began selling my own homes. On more than one occasion, buyers asked to buy the furnishings along with the house because they loved how the rooms were put together. One even asked who my interior designer was, and another walked in and asked, “Does Martha Stewart live here?” We all had a good laugh, but those experiences made me realize that what came naturally to me was something other people truly valued.
Today, I bring that same eye for color, balance and detail to every home I work with. Whether you’re choosing the right paint color, refreshing a room you already love or preparing your home for sale, my goal is simple to create spaces that feel comfortable, beautiful and uniquely yours.
